• Strategic conservation advice on the redevelopment of a former brewery site in Wandsworth, involving the refurbishment of a series of Grade II* listed buildings
• Conservation advice and support on the Grade I King's Cross station redevelopment for Network Rail
  
• A conservation statement for Wandsworth Museum
• Advice and support on the redevelopment of a Grade II building in New Bond Street
• Strategic advice on complex heritage issues on a major tall building proposal in central London
  
• Management guidelines and agreements for Alexandra Road Estate (Grade II*) and the Brunswick Centre (Grade II), post-war listed housing in London
• Preparation of draft Heritage Partnership Agreements for listed London Underground Stations and for Centre Point (Grade II) as part of a series of English Heritage Pilot Projects on statutory management agreements for the Department of Culture, Media and Sport
• Examining the feasibility of a Heritage Partnership Agreement for Holkham Hall, a Grade I house and registered landscape in Norfolk
• Advising on the possible listing of a Board School in Bethnal Green
• Preparation of a conservation appraisal and supporting statement for the refurbishment of the Grade II Lansbury Lawrence School in East London
• Undertaking a study of car parking and access arrangements at Down House, the Grade I home of Charles Darwin and an English Heritage property presently the subject of a World Heritage Site nomination
• Assessing the significance of individual buildings and area character in an early industrial quarter in Stratford, East London
• Preparation of a conservation appraisal for Huntingdon Town Hall, a Grade II* court house and civic building
